Plaintiff, J. B. McDonald, instituted this action against The Grande Corporation and Magna Oil Corporation (the defendants later merging under the name of Magna Oil Corporation) to cancel an oil, gas and mineral lease affecting property owned by plaintiff, and for an accounting of funds received from the production of gas from that land. Two other parties, Wilson Ellisor and John Economo, were impleaded as additional defendants prior to trial. Judgment...
