The petitioner, Earl White, has appealed from an order of the district court of Atchison County, denying his motion made pursuant to K.S.A. 60-1507, to set aside his plea of guilty to murder in the second degree and the sentence imposed thereunder of confinement at hard labor in the Kansas State Penitentiary for the term of his natural life.
