This is a workmen's compensation case in which Loyd D. Cain sought recovery for total and permanent disability benefits against Zurich Insurance Company, the insurance carrier for his employer, Poco Graphite, Inc. The case was submitted to a jury on special issues and in response thereto it was found that Cain had sustained temporary total disability for a period of sixteen weeks and three days.
