This is a suit for personal injuries and other damages resulting from an automobile collision. The accident occurred on August 7, 1965 when plaintiff was 68 years of age. He was the owner and driver of a vehicle which, while stopped, was struck in the rear by another automobile. Named defendants are Jeff D.
