This is a tort action by Sallie S. Guy for personal injuries received by her when she slipped and fell in a grocery store owned and operated by The Kroger Company in Shreveport, Louisiana. At the time of the accident plaintiff was 57 years of age and for many years prior thereto had been employed as a domestic worker.
