Order affirmed insofar as appealed from, with $10 costs and disbursements to respondent Lorraine Goldstein.

The amended complaint alleges (taking the first two causes together) that plaintiff and defendant Eugene Goldstein had an argument at 10:05 P.M. on September 15, 1965, near defendants' residence.
