OPINION

JULIAN, District Judge.

This is an action brought by the plaintiff Union to enforce compliance by the defendant employer with the award of an arbitrator. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1337 and 29 U.S.C. § 185. Both parties have moved for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56.
