The defendants were indicted for unlawfully possessing and transporting taxunpaid whiskey, 26 U.S.C. §§ 5205(a) (2) and 5604(a) (2), and for aiding and abetting the commission of each of those offenses, 18 U.S.C. § 2, on February 23, 1967 within the jurisdiction of this Court.
