These two law actions against Dodge Masonry Construction Company, owner of a pickup truck, and Ronald D. Dodge, driver, asked damages resulting from a collision between the truck and an automobile owned and driven by plaintiff Koller in which plaintiff Abel's decedent, Raymond Arthur Abel, was a passenger.
