This action was brought to recover damages for injuries allegedly inflicted on John Emory MacBride, the appellant here, when the vehicle in which he was a passenger collided with a vehicle driven by Leila Lee Dotson on December 13, 1964. Mrs. Dotson, who was killed outright in the accident, died intestate, and Anna E. Gulbro, the appellee here and mother of Mrs. Dotson, qualified as administratrix and letters of administration...
