Plaintiff appeals from a judgment for defendant in an action to recover commissions on gross sales made by defendant during the time plaintiff was employed by defendant as sales manager.

Plaintiff claims that defendant agreed to pay to plaintiff a commission of one-half of one per cent of gross sales made by defendant during the period of plaintiff's employment. Plaintiff contended that he had made the agreement with Albert who was president...
