The question presented in this case is whether an insurance company which has issued an automobile liability policy under the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Act has the right to cancel the policy, in accordance with its provisions, prior to the expiration of the period of the statutory notice of cancellation, even though, concededly, the policy remained in effect during all of that period as to injured members...
