The state is appealing from the judgment of the juvenile court in and for the parish of Jefferson because of the action of the trial judge in sustaining the defense motion to quash the Bill of Information1 which charged the accused with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, in violation of R.S. 14:92, and ordering him discharged.
