On June 9, 1966, the Acting Commissioner of Education of the State of New York issued an order which vacated an order of the District Superintendent of Schools of the Town of Hempstead, which had redescribed a portion of the boundary line between Union Free School District No. 11 and Union Free School District No. 31, both in the Town of Hempstead.
