Defendant was convicted of armed robbery by a jury in the circuit court of Cook County and sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of not less than three nor more than ten years. The appellate court affirmed the conviction, (68 Ill.App.2d 411,) and we granted leave to appeal. Defendant contends that a confession was improperly admitted...
