Plaintiff Charles H. Beaney, d/b/a Beaney Transport, seeks to enjoin two orders of the Interstate Commerce Commission, and pursuant to the cumbersome procedure1 for reviewing Commission orders, a statutory three-judge court has been invoked.2 Plaintiff's arguments in support of his request for interlocutory and permanent injunctions are completely without merit.
