This is a tort action brought by Byrd H. Valentine against Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation (Kaiser) for personal injuries which he alleges he sustained on December 22, 1964, while on the Kaiser premises in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as an employee of C.
