This is an appeal from a final decree upon a bill to reach and apply the proceeds of an insurance policy. The decree directed Employers' Liability Insurance Company (Employers') to pay $5,000 to Peters in partial satisfaction of a judgment for $23,516.96 recovered by him against Saulinier. The case is before us upon a report of material facts and of the evidence.
