This case arises out of an intersectional collision between Howard Green, the minor son and driver of the automobile owned by Samuel J. Green, and Mrs. Lucille L. McCasland at the outskirts of the City of Alexandria. The petitioner, Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York, was the automobile insurer and subrogee of Samuel Green. It sought judgment against the defendants for the amount of $409.18, which sum it had expended in order to repair the automobile...
