PER CURIAM.

Fairview Exchange Company, plaintiff, appeals an order denying petition for writ of certiorari and other relief seeking to require the defendant, City of Orlando, to rezone certain property.

The court has carefully considered the record on appeal, the briefs and oral argument of counsel for the parties. From such consideration we find the trial court properly denied the relief requested.
