This action was commenced by the Bank of Broadway, the original plaintiff, to establish a lien against the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, under a contract between the Board and John C. Long, Inc. for construction of a new school contiguous to an existing school building. The Board filed an answer, counterclaim and third party complaint naming as defendants Long, Long's surety, and certain other subcontractors...
