O'QUINN, Justice.

The Langs owned and operated a jewelry store in Wills Point. One night late in August, 1964, burglars broke into the store and store jewelry and other property valued at between $4,000 and $5,000. The Langs reported the burglary to the Great American Insurance Company from whom they had purchased a "jewelers' block policy" about a year before the burglary.

The insurance company, after an investigation, refused to pay the loss and denied liability...
