SCHNACKENBERG, Circuit Judge.
The Kroger Company, an Ohio corporation, defendant, has appealed from a judgment of the district court entered in an action brought by Nancy Clark, plaintiff, for false imprisonment and slander.
The case was tried by the court, without a jury.
