MR. PRESIDING JUSTICE ENGLISH delivered the opinion of the court.

Plaintiff sued for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident. When defendant failed to appear, he was defaulted and judgment was entered on May 22, 1963 in the amount of $3,500.

Summons, notice of garnishment, and interrogatories were served upon defendant's alleged insurer, St. Lawrence Insurance Company. Garnishee answered, "No funds," which answer was contested by plaintiff...
