This is a suit resulting from an intersectional collision between a Volkswagen owned and driven by Paul Byers and a Ford Thunderbird owned by Sam Hudgins and driven by Robert C. Creel, Jr., a minor. There are two plaintiffs, the driver of the Volkswagen and New Amsterdam Casualty Company, subrogated collision insurer of that vehicle.
