Goodwyn leased land in the Richmond Shopping Center to Standard-Cary Corporation ("Standard") under a lease (the "1956 Lease") that contained restrictive covenants concerned primarily with Standard's parking rights. In 1965 Goodwyn leased other land in the Shopping Center to the Second National Bank of Richmond.
