Appellants were jointly tried and convicted of the crimes of rape.1 Judgments and commitments were entered under which appellants received sentences of three years imprisonment. In their appeal to this court, appellants contend they should be granted a new trial because of the superior court's failure to suppress,2 and its subsequent admission into evidence of the state...
