This is a bill for specific performance of an agreement in a lease to convey the demised premises and for reformation of the lease by correcting the description of the premises. The judge made "Findings of Fact, Rulings of Law and Order for Decree," which he subsequently adopted as a Report of Material Facts. From a final decree granting specific performance and reforming the lease, the defendants have appealed.
