Plaintiff brought this action to recover commissions alleged to be due him as a salesman for defendant upon orders procured prior to the termination of his employment, but which were shipped thereafter. The jury found in favor of plaintiff in the principal sum of $3490.87, with interest of $523.60, aggregating $4014.47. The trial court sustained defendant's motion for judgment in accordance with its motion for a directed verdict offered at the close...
