NELSON, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Stearns County and the judgment entered pursuant thereto affirming an order of annexation of the Minnesota Municipal Commission. The relief sought is reversal of the trial court's judgment and a remand of the case to the Minnesota Municipal Commission, or, in the alternative, a new trial.
