ALMOND, Judge.

This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming rejection of claims 20 and 22 through 26 in appellants' application1 for "Humidifiers." Claims 28 through 33 stand allowed. The rejection was predicated on 35 U.S.C. § 103.
