[1] On this appeal by plaintiff from a judgment in favor of defendant in her action for personal injuries, the only question presented is whether the trial court properly concluded that plaintiff's action was barred by the statute of limitations. The case is one of first impression as to the interpretation of section 17463 of the Vehicle Code.
