Petitioner, a Massachuetts prisoner, seeks an injunction against the enforcement of a sentence under a state statute, Mass.Gen.Laws, ch. 127, § 129, as amended by Mass.Acts of 1965, ch. 884, on the ground that the amendment is unconstitutional as an ex post facto law.
