Plaintiff, Webster Southall, instituted this action in behalf of his two minor children, claiming damages for injuries sustained by the two children as the result of a rear-end motor vehicle collision. One of the automobiles involved in the accident was being driven by plaintiff's wife and the other was being driven by Mrs. Betty Budden. The suit was instituted against the public liability insurer of the driver of the Budden vehicle. Judgment was rendered...
