The employee in this workmen's compensation case claimed total disability and dependency benefits for three periods between June 17, 1958, and July 4, 1962, and from November 9, 1962, and continuing.

Certain of the single member's findings were based upon undisputed evidence. The employee was a truck driver and platform worker for Associated Transport, Inc., a self-insurer. He was an extremely obese man weighing in excess of 300 pounds. Since...
