The defendant was originally sentenced on July 17, 1956, by the same Judge, for the same crimes as a third felony offender to terms of not less than 10 years, nor more than 11 years on the burglary count, and not less than 5 years, nor more than 10 years on the grand larceny count, both sentences to run concurrently, but to commence after service of the balance of a sentence as a result of a conviction in Otsego County in the year 1940...
