This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court holding the City of Lubbock's Ordinances Nos. 4870 and 4870-A, amending the basic zoning Ordinance No. 1695 of the city to be unconstitutional, invalid under Subsection 14-A.1-9 of Section 14-A.1 of such basic zoning ordinance, and invalid for various other reasons.
