Vasconcelos, plaintiff below, filed this suit to recover for personal services allegedly rendered by plaintiff for defendant, appellant here. In his amended pleadings plaintiff alleges that he and defendant entered into a verbal contract on or about January 3, 1963 whereby plaintiff was to act for defendant as his private secretary in the latter's capacity as a County Commissioner of El Paso County, receiving the mail and answering...
