This is an appeal from the judgment of the District Court of Goodhue County awarding custody of a minor child to his parents. This is the second time this proceeding has reached this court. It was originally commenced by petition of Merlyn Waslie and Joyce Waslie, the parents of Michael, born December 13, 1950, in which they applied for a writ of habeas corpus directing the grandmother...
