DAY, Justice.

This is an original proceeding. It involves the refusal of the district court, one of the judges thereof, to certify a reporter's transcript. We are asked to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus to compel the trial court to approve, allow, settle and sign the transcript, and to certify it as part of the records on a writ of error filed in this court.
