This suit was brought by employees of the defendant, Olin Mathieson Chemical Corporation, hereafter defendant Olin, under § 301 (a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185(a) to enforce an arbitration award granted pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement between the defendant Olin, and the defendant, District Fifty (50) United Mine Workers of America, hereinafter defendant Union....
