This case arises out of an automobile accident which occurred in Hammond, Louisiana, on March 25, 1962. The vehicles involved were one owned and driven by plaintiff, Baxter Pond, and one owned by Samuel Levi Campbell, driven by his wife, Mary S. Campbell and insured by Allstate Insurance Company.
