The appellant North Texas Lumber Company sued Charles L. Sherwood, Jr. and Henry N. Kaspar for debt, alleging that the defendants were partners or joint venturers trading as Postscript Homes or, alternatively, that they were estopped to deny that they were liable as partners or joint venturers.
