The sole appellant before this court is Jean Di Fede, who was indicted and tried jointly with Armando Cossentino in connection with the brutal slaying of her husband, Dr. Joseph Di Fede. Death came in the victim's own bedroom between 2:00 A.M. and 4:00 A.M. on December 7, 1961.
