BAILES, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Pelloat, Jr. et al. v. State of Louisiana, through Department of Highways et al., 198 So.2d 674, decided this day by this court, the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff is reversed and there is judgment herein in favor of the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Highways, rejecting the plaintiff's demands, at her costs.
