Raymond H. Davis brought a petition for divorce against Helen M. Davis on the ground of cruel treatment. The defendant filed an answer denying the allegations of cruel treatment, and a cross action alleging acts of cruelty of the plaintiff. The jury found a verdict for the plaintiff. The appeal is from the denial of the defendant's motion for new trial on the usual general grounds, and the only question made by the enumeration of errors is whether...
