BAILES, Judge.

This action was instituted by plaintiffs, Ethel Luke, and her husband, Lawrence Luke, to recover damages for physical injuries received by Mrs. Ethel Luke in an automobile collision, and to recover medical expenses incurred by the husband in the treatment of Mrs. Luke's injuries. The defendants are John Theriot, Jr., Donald Munson and Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company.
