Patricia A. Doody, individually, and as mother and next friend of Terry Alan Doody sued Allstate Insurance Company to recover on an insurance policy issued by Allstate to John H. Doody, Jr., for coverage C1-Automobile, Medical Payments Insurance and C2-Automobile Death Indemnity Insurance.
