MURPHY, Justice.

This case is before us on appeal from a judgment of conviction entered pursuant to a plea of guilty to an information charging defendant with having taken indecent liberties with his 4-year-old daughter in violation of Minn.St. 617.08. Numerous errors are alleged, the principal one being that the plea "was not intelligently made with full understanding of the nature of the offense, of his Constitutional Rights and of the consequences...
