This is a suit by a passenger for damages caused by the negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The driver was a minor who was operating a friend's vehicle. The principal issues of this appeal concern the obligations of a liability insurer who had issued a "Family Combined Automobile Policy" to the minor's mother-tutrix.
